The holiday flat offers space for up to 8 people. On the ground floor there is a living/dining room with table and 8 seats, a separate WC and a well equipped kitchen with 3 flame cooker and microwave. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each of which also has a WC. One of the bedrooms is a passage room and has a bunk bed. One of the bathrooms (with shower) is a bathroom en-suite located to the bedroom. The flat has 2 TV sets with satellite connection and separately controllable heating.

Wide and bright apartment divided in two floors situated in the neighborhood of Fondamente Nuove (picture on the left), in the Sestiere of Cannaregio, one of the most popular and typical area of Venice, a strategic point of passage between the famous Rialto Bridge and the Island of Murano. Fondamenta Nuove boat stop is just outside the door, from where is possible to join the northen islands of Venice: Murano, Burano and Torcello. Amenities : Towels and linen supplied. Washing machine, refrigerator, microwave owen, stove with 3 burners, two television sets (satellite antenna), private heating. The apartment is 15 minutes walk from San Marco.
