La Montagnola Blue Apartment

The estate of the Montagnola is located in the valley of the Chiascio, about 300 meters above the sea level, on the hills above the Umbrian Plain, in front of Perugia and Assisi, half way between the medieval village of Torgiano and the Etruscan one of Bettona, around the 1700 Villa of the Montagnola, of great artistic and historic interest. Blue Apartment is characterized by a day area, on the ground floor with large French windows opening themselves on the olive plantation that surrounds the building, living room, dining room with chimney, kitchen with dishwasher, and all the necessary accessories. In the living room, divided from the dining room by a curtain, there is a matrimonial sofa bed, and the fourth bathroom. On the first floor, the night area is made of three bedrooms with double beds with bathroom in the bedroom. Heating cost is 24€ each day.

In the surroundings you can find a equine center, a small lake for sport fishing and you can rent mountain bikes for excursions in the reserve.
