Villa di Argiano is part of a vast wine producing, agricultural estate, situated in one of the loveliest and most unspoiled areas in central Tuscany. Ground Floor: kitchen, sitting room, dining room, studio. First Floor: 1 walk through double bedroom with access to a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with tub and hand shower. A double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. Second Floor: small sitting room, two twin bedrooms (can be made indo doubles), one bathroom with shower, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. One twin bedroom (can be made into double) with en-suite bathroom with shower. Heating if required Euro 5 per hour;telephone according to consumption;final cleaning Euro 11 per person (min charge 8 people).

The villa was built at the request of a noble family from Montepulciano in 1812, the Napoleon period, which is reflected in the architectural and decorative characteristics which are can also be recognised in the gardens and adjacent parkland. A suggestive panorama from the formal Italian gardens to the drive lined with cypress trees which opens out into a natural terrace overlooking the estate which the villa is part of. Guests have exclusive use of the 14*7m swimming pool which is situated in a panoramic position from where you can enjoy spectacular sunsets over Montepulciano, which is renowned for it's rich culture and wines. The area offers many typical trattorias and restaurants, wine cellars for wine tasting. Within easy reach, for day trips, are Montepulciano, Montalcino, Cortona, Sarteano and Chiusi. Possibility of maid service and typical Tuscan dinners at the villa.
