Villa Franca

Surrounded by 40 acres of fenced inland, the rustic country house Villa Franca lies perched upon a Tuscan hillside with an unmatched view overlooking the Pesa Valley. Villa Franca has five bedrooms and three bathrooms and it can accommodate 10 guests. On the ground floor you will find: the living room with fireplace, the dining area, the fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom with shower. Upstairs you will find: three twin bedrooms, one single room that leads onto the double bedroom. On the same floor, two bathrooms: one with shower, one with bathtub. Excluded from the price: Gas expenses in winter (according to consumption 6€ per unit), cleaning service 15€ per hour, extra services by request.

Villa Franca is a Farmhouse which lies in the heart of the Chianti region. A region with a high cultural interest that goes from Florence to Siena. The Farmhouse stretches on a vast surface on which typical cultivations of grapevine and olive trees, merge in the beautiful landscape of the Chianti scrub. Since the estate is part of a protected area, several species of animals can be found on the property. The loggia located in the back part of the Villa, includes a barbecue and the oven for pizza. This is the ideal place for outdoor lunches and dinners. There is an unpaved road for about 500 meters to reach the property.
