San Pancrazio Tower

The “Torre San Pancrazio” is a medieval tower on the hill of Ansedonia. The tower is located on the top of the “Punta San Pancrazio”, and has probably the best view in Ansedonia, with breathtaking sunsets on the Argentario peninsula. GROUND FLOOR: around the structure of the old tower is the entrance, leading to the main central dining and living room with a spacious kitchen. Further towards the sea there are two double bedrooms, one with bath and shower and the other with a large shower. Next to the entrance is a changing room with a child standard sofa-bed and a small bathroom with shower. DECK FLOOR: downstairs from the central dining and living room is a double bedroom with a bathroom with shower. Outside is an equipped deck with a 12 person fixed wooden table (covered by a straw roof), a shower and a comfortable sundeck on the sea with pleasant rock staircases leading directly into the water.

FIRST FLOOR: upstairs from the entrance and the main central dining and living room, around the structure of the old tower, is a very large and comfortable sitting room with two equipped opposite terraces. One overlooking Ansedonia and the small gulf just under the tower, the other with a stunning view on the sea, the Monte Argentario and the smaller islands. SECOND FLOOR: upstairs from the main sitting room, entering the structure of the old tower, is a second, smaller, sitting and TV room with the old main fireplace. THIRD FLOOR: upstairs from the sitting room, up the old staircase of the tower, are the master bedroom and a bathroom with bath and shower. On top of this bedroom is the highest terrace of the tower: the old viewpoint. Facilities: TV, telephones, washing machine. Staff: two ladies which provide cleaning and laundry services, and, on demand, an exceptional Tuscan kitchen! Distances: 1 ½ hours drive from Rome, 15 min. from Orbetello village, 5 min. from the tennis courts and the wonderful Feniglia and Tagliata beaches.
