Villa Barbagallo

Villa Barbagallo it's located around 10 kms from Taormina in a panoramic position at the foot of Etna Mount. It was the main house of an aristocratic Sicilian family, who have kept the house intact with all its old features. Due its panoramic position Villa Barbagallo has an unbelievable view on Messina Straight and Taormina Gulf. The garden is surrounded by tall palm trees and tropical plants in Sicilian style. The villa on two levels is composed by a large hall, two large aristocratic living-rooms with frescoes on the ceilings and ancient marbles floors, large panoramic windows that leading to a large terrace that overlooks on Messina Straight and Taormina Gulf, a large dining room, a large kitchen, four double bedrooms, one single bedroom with two bathrooms.

During the stay on request it can be arranged to cook lunch or dinner, to be paid for on the premises. Villa Barbagallo has a particular charm all its own, where you can experience all the atmosphere of an old Sicilian family home, with every modern comfort. From here you can take trips to all of the major towns on the island.
