The apartment (67sqm on 2 floors), was originally builted in the 18th century and recently restored preserving original characteristics. The two-storey house is accessible by a nice alley. Inside is composed by an entrance/hall (that separates the storeys); a fully equipped kitchen; an air-conditioned living room with double sofa bed; and a bathroom with shower. The first floor is accessible by an ancient stonemade stairway leading to a small balcony furnished with chairs and table. There is also an air-conditioned master bedroom with seaview and a bathroom with shower.

For people who are deeply in love with beach there are many opportunities to come back in the evening with a lot of activities: as having dinner or dancing (why not on the sea shore whit the caress of a wave?) inside a large number of night clubs in the area. Thanks to the mild climate, to go to the beach you don’t need to wait for summer: in the Letojanni the sun shines 350 day a year.
