The house is located in a independent building and is composed of a living room with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen (with refrigerator, freezer, gas-stove, etc.), a little bathroom with shower and a large loft with a double bed. The house has the washing machine and the air condition, it is about 40 sqm and it can accommodate up to 4 people. The price includes: cleaning and linen weekly; electricity, water, gas; kitchen utensils, soap and detergent for dishes; reception service. You can have: additional cleaning: 15 €. additional linen: 5 € for person. garage: 8 € for a day. transfer from Catania airport to the apartment: 40 €

This holiday house is in the historic centre of Syracuse (south east of Sicily) in a wide square close to the sea, a few steps away from the via Maestranza, and lined with stately baroque palaces. It is also very close to piazza Archimede, where there is the famous Fountain of Diana, and the sea-front, where you can have a wonderful view of Ortygia island. A short walk also brings you to the island's beaches and to all the most famous historical sites and others monuments of Ortygia. In the neighbourhood there are many restaurants with typical or international food, bars and pizzerias, many shops with typical Sicilian products (food and crafts), many internet cafés, the bus station, the tourist office and everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
