Ortigia, the most beautiful place in Siracusa, in an extremely panoramic position, with a view of all of the splendid bay of Siracusa. The apartment is very well furnished and extremely comfortable; it is composed by a living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The entrance to the flat lies off an ancient narrow street and through a courtyard graced with stone arches that illustrate the ancient structure of the building.

The residence has been fully restored and transformed into 24 holiday one/two bedrooms apartments. The residence is situated only a few meters from a bathing beach. Breakfast, weekly cleaning, and the cost of electricity are included in the price of the apartment.
