Arezzo Apartment

The apartment is about 40 sqm, it's on the first floor and it's composed of a bedroom (with a double bed), a living room (with a bed-sofa), a bathroom with a shower (enterely renovated at the end of 2003), a fully equipped kitchen (with refrigerator, freezer, gas-stove, oven, crockery, etc.) and a large terrace (40 sqm) with gazebo, table, chairs, deck-chairs, etc. The entrance is independent. The apartment is good for 2 people, but it can accommodate up to 4 people.

The holiday apartment Arezzo is in the historic centre of Syracuse (Ortygia) in a little street near via Cavour, one of most characteristic street of the old town. The cathedral is about 300 metres away. The market and the bus station are only 400 metres away. The historic centre of Syracuse is an island, so there are many places where you can swim. The nearest beach is about 200 metres away! In the neighbourhood there are many restaurants with typical or international food, bars and pizzerias, many shops with typical Sicilian products (food and crafts), many internet cafés and everything you need for a comfortable holiday. Syracuse is a town of Sicily where you can combine art, history, sea, nature and food with our warm Sicilian hospitality! The price includes: cleaning and linen weekly; electricity, water, gas; kitchen utensils, soap and detergent for dishes ; reception service. You can have: additional cleaning: 15 €. additional linen: 5 € for person. garage: 8 € for a day. transfer from Catania airport to the apartment: 40 €.
