ARETUSA is a very panoramic studio inside a little private 'residence'.
Indipendent climatization, TV, indipendent bathroom, little kitchen and a wonderful balcony over the Mediterranean Sea of the Big Harbour of Siracusa.
Alfeo flat is different from the Aretusa one as the bedroom is in a loft (by a winding staircase) with a relaxing sea view from the bed !

In Siracusa, Sicily, facing the sea of the Isle of Ortigia you'll find the MedFlats, comfortable studios, ideal for 2+1 people.
All located between the romantic Lungomare Alfeo and the Castello Maniace, they are one-roomed air-conditioned studios with little kitchen, independent bathroom, TV and balcony.
The zone is pretty touristic so offering all the needed services as well as pubs and characteristic restaurants.
The Aretusa's Fountain, the Duomo, the Maniace Castle, Apollo Temple, are simply reachable in only a few minutes walking.
In the summer the main 'lidi' (shores) of the isle are so close to make possible a sea-bath even in the centre of the city.
