The villa is composed by two double bedrooms (also one include a little bed), one bedroom with three single beds, one bathroom with shower, a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with a dining-corner and fire-place. Air-conditioning (cold/hot) in common with the 3 bed-rooms, alarm, washing machine. Rocky outcrops 10 meters away, free beaches. Electricity costs 0.20€/KW

The main feature of this zone is low rocky coastline and clean waters giving the possibility to see beautiful fishes. Only 2 km away, guests will find little shops with public phones and restaurants. Fanusa is served by public transports which guarantee the connection with Syracuse (every 90 minutes) Villa Gigi is furnished in a beautiful modern style and can give accommodation to 8 people.
