Villa Conchiglia (Shell) enjoys a privileged position since it is set 5 steps from the sea, the beach is of fine and golden sand. From the veranda of the house there is a spectacular marine panorama with sight of 180 degrees along the Portopalo coast. This locality, therefore as the neighbour Pachino, in the province of Syracuse is known for its population of fishermen, where the characteristics have been maintained through the time. From the forehead sea veranda, equipped for dining in the open air, you enter in the living area of the house, equipped with a dining area and a relax area, equipped with TV, comfortable doube sofa bed, seats; from here you get the kitchen; in the kitchen the baking is set in order to prepare the meals enjoying the wonderful sea sight. Through a corridor you get the 2 double bedrooms, in the first the predominate colour is the blue, in the second one (equipped with canopy) the yellow. The bathroom is with shower. The parking is external to the structure but in besides the entrance gate of the property. Electricity costs 0.20€/KW

The sea degrades slowly, and you get the depth only after a pleasant walk inside the water at least of 100 meters. The zone where Villa Conchiglia is set is just the point where the Ionian Sea is linked to the Mediterranean Sea.
