The apartment is composed by a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a modern and functional kitchen/living room with table and sofa, one bathroom with shower and a veranda with garden furniture. Cuore di Palme agritourism is a peaceful oasis located in the neighbourhood of Floridia and bordered by groves of mandarin, orange and lemon trees (I Km from the urban centre and 10 Km from Syracuse). Cuore di Palme agritourism can give accommodation to a total of 14 people. The structure, in white Mediterranean style, is surrounded by an exquisite garden of ancient palms with a beautiful swimming-pool, opened to all guests. The furniture is comfortable and of high quality. Each apartment is provided with a veranda and a private parking near the house. Garden: laid to lawn (about 500 sqm), palm oasis (around the villa).
