The house is located at 5 meters from the beach, in front of an enormous plant of capers and a property beach. A dream.
It is located half road on lungomare between the port of arrival and the Hotel 'Sirenetta', that offers free use of some services, such as the transfer (arrival and departure), restaurants and bars, small reductions on some services, access to the swimming pool, cleaning and change of the linen. Other amenities of the villa are microwave and barbecue. Hot water is assured from solar paddles. Outside ther is aa additional shower.
