The Villa is located on the seaside beside a vast olive groove, in Capo Playa, at about 6km from Cefalù, and it features a big and lovely garden of about 1200 sqm. The apartment has two levels and each one features a terrace with views over the Cefalù Gulf, and the beach is just few metres walk.
