The apartment is equipped with satellite TV and a stereo. Outdoors: area for common use of all residents: Swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, outside shower, fountain with natural water. Not included in the price are the changing linens, which cost 12€ a person, and air conditioning, that costs 7€ per day.
