Bright flat (40 m2) set in the heart of Cefalu just 100 m from the main square and from the main sundy beach of Cefalu in a building with just 3 floors and which has recently been restored. Within a 100 m radius various shops. Beautiful panoramic views. Quite and peaceful; car access is limited to residents only. Public parking located at 300 m from the accomodation. At weekends and on public holidays and summer time the town centre is closed to traffic in order to reach your accomodation for loading and unloading purposes you will require to arrive beetwen 13:00 and 16:00.
