The furniture is reasonably comfortable and there is air conditioning in the Apartment. Not included in the price are the changing linens, which cost 11€ a person, and air conditioning, that costs 5€ per day.

The apartment has sea views and it is located just a few metres from the numerous shops and restaurants of the area. The long sandy beaches are at about 50 metres away, and there is a public parking 100 metres from the property.
