The marvelous Villa Sardinia offers fantastic views over the Mediterranean Sea and it's only 100 meters away from the beach. It is composed by 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, 2 complete bathrooms, a living room with a dining area, a lovely lounge with 2 double sofa-beds and nice furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. Moreover, it offers 300 square metres of stunning green garden as well as a terrace of about 60 square metres. On-site amenities include Satellite TV's in every room, a telephone with Internet connection, air conditioning, bed linen, towels, sunbeds, sun umbrellas, beach seatings and exercise machines. Water, electricity and other utilities will be charged at the end of your stay. Pets are accepted with an extra charge of €15 per day. A final cleaning fee of 250€ will be charged in case the villa is not returned in the same conditions the client found it.

The Villa Sardinia is located in the northern part of the wonderful Sardegna Island, in the Baia Caddinas seaside resort, near the Porto Rotondo and the Marinella Gulf, and just 10 km away from Olbia. The Villa is housed in a luxurious residential area characterized by sandy shores, and with a wide choice of bars, restaurants, shops and stores.
