-The Inn was originally a farm house and holiday home of an old merchant family. The house was totally renovated in 2004/2005.
-Pomptilla is the name of a roman noblewoman who sacrificed her life for her beloved husband. To honour her love he dedicated a memorial: the Grotta della Vipera - just a few yards away from Pomptilla apartment.
