The room, lit by two great windows with terracotta tiled floor, includes a sitting area with two double sofa beds, a dining table, functional kitchen and a luxurious bathroom in majolica with bath, separate shower cabinet and double wash basins sunk into a marble top. Leading off the sitting room is a stupendous large terrace with a view over the roofs of Rome. The table, the overhead roller blind, the fittings and the incredible view of the city, from the Borghese Gardens to Monte Mario, offer you unforgettable moments for relaxing.

Thanks to an intelligent renovation, this beautiful loft with panoramic terrace on the same level has been created out of the old studio of the artist Lorenzo Gigotti housed in a typical, late 18th-century building. The magnificent inner courtyard, with wisteria and jasmine clinging to the walls, and the palms in the garden floor of the building create an atmosphere redolent of the life of artists in Rome up to a few decades ago.
