Monti Terrace Apartment

Enchanting apartment on the second and third floors of an ancient little building , on a very quiet street in the Monti neighborhood. The second floor contains the living/dining room, a small kitchen, a small bathroom (shower only) and 2 bedrooms. (One large bedroom with a 160cm wide bed, the other with a sofa-bed (140cm wide)). On the third floor is another very small bedroom (9 sq meters total with a 160cm wide sofa-bed) and hallway (for storage of your personal belongings). From the third floor you can access the very nice terrace (70 square meters) with table, chairs, umbrella and barbeque. The two floors are connected only by a spiral staircase. This apartment is colorful and fun, and not for those who are looking for a ‘traditional’ Roman apartment.

Extra bed available.Really nice, large terrace with 2 tables and chairs, and many plants (automatic watering-system) where you can enjoy your stay. There is also, a sundeck with a lounge chair accessible by permanent ladder (attached to the external wall of the building).Free WI-FI and DSL connection.
