Villa Hilda

Ancient villa of the XVII century vith a nice view of the Ionic sea, distant just 350 meters from the coast. The private pine-forest of 1200 sqm holds this comfortable villa composed by a double bedroom, a bedroom with a king size bed and a single bed, a living room with a double loft bed and fire-place, an open room with wardrobe and a single bed, a dining room with another fire-place, an equipped kitchen and two independent bathrooms with separate shower. Outside the villa you will find two showers and a barbeque. In the pine-forest, very near to the villa, is also available a small apartment composed by 1 or 2 single beds and a bathroom with bath-tub, perfect for incoming guests.

-The weekly price includes 1 water tank load (in the case the guest would consume more than one load, the price of another load amounts on around 20Euro), electricity and bed and bath linen. -In case you need 2 extra beds, 300 metres away there is a restored "lamione" (trullo) available; it is about 40 square metres, beautifully refurbished with a kitchen area, bathroom and a large terrace with a table, stone benches and a barbeque.
