Villa Mary

This villa is located in the countryside of Porto Selvaggio-Cenate, 3 minutes drive from the sea and from Porto Selvaggio’s natural park (on the Ionian sea). A short walk through the pine forest, leads to a stunning and easily accessible beach with crystal clear water, freshwater springs and several rocky coves. This villa consists of a 17th century completely restored building surrounded by olive trees. The villa includes 3 master/twin bedrooms, a single bedroom, two bathrooms with showers, a spacious living room with a fireplace and a comfortable kitchen with a washing machine. Every room is equipped with air conditioning. You can dine outdoors on the patio and relax on the period stone benches.

On the coastal road near Porto Selvaggio there is a pleasant bar where you can relax all day until sunset sipping refreshing cocktails, and enjoy the evenings as it transforms into a friendly music bar. The area is called “Cenate” and it is characterised by its eclectic holiday villas which date to the beginning of the 20th century; some of even to the 18th century. The rental price of this villa includes water and sheets and towels for each bedroom; it does not include electricity because it is possible to consume much more than the average if the air conditioning is used frequently.
