The villa is about 800m from the main piazza in Santa Caterina where there are bars and restaurants, newsagents and supermarkets, shops and cash machine, beach clubs and a diving centre for those who love to dive in the splendid Ionian waters. The villa is also only 1km from Porto Selvaggio, the most beautiful beach in Puglia, and about 3km from the motorway which connects to Gallipoli (9km), Porto Cesareo (10km), Lecce (25km), Leuca (45km), Otranto (50km).
