This is a beautiful house in the historic centre of the old city of Gallipoli. The ancient City of Gallipoli is on an island and is known for its "Casbah" like narrow streets, and the whitewashed baroque architecture. The house overlooks the main street of the old town and is only a few metres from the Beach of Purity. This house is in the rare position of being in the historic centre of a marine city where it is possible to swim in beautiful waters only 30 metres away. The house has a large, furnished terrace with a splendid view of the sea of Gallipoli. The apartment is on the second floor of a recently restored (July 2005), 18th century building. The outer walls are original whereas the ceiling has been totally redone using the most modern methods available. Inside layout: 2 master bedrooms; 2 bathrooms with bath and shower; 1 living room with sofa and dinner table; 1 fully equipped kitchen with oven, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge with freezer; 1 large terrace with garden furniture and original stone seats, with a view of the sea at the Beach of Purity.
