Villa Lucas

Villa Lucas is located in the residential district of Praiano, out of the crowd and noises of the road at 60 steps above from the main internal road. This villa has spectacular views on the bay of Conca dei Marini and the Asciola tower of Praiano. In the spring and summer period there is a shuttle service that take its guests to the beach in 10 minutes. You can also reach the water in 20 minutes walk using the typical alleyway and steps. The Villa is on three floors: ground floor: small sitting room with one single bed plus a pull out bed, one separate twin bedroom, shower room and small terrace. An internal staircase leads to the first floor which comprises: a large living room - kitchen fully equipped, a small terrace and a large terrace with a lovely panoramic garden. On the second floor there is a double bedroom, bathroom and large terrace with a stunning view on the coast with sun beds.

Praiano is a strategically located in the heart of the Divine Amalfi Coast, great base to sightseeing. Positano that can be reached with a 15 minutes trip with the local bus whish stop is at 5 minutes walk from the villa. Positano has boat services to Capri and Ischia. Amalfi, Sorrento and Ravello can be reached with the national SITA buses that run on the main coastal road that is at 10 minutes walk from the villa. A well furnished grocery shop is at only 100 meters far from the house. Restaurants and bars are at the Marina di Praia, the beach of Praiano that is at 20 minutes walk or at 10 minutes by local bus and in the village center, reachable in 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by bus.
