Villa Berni

Villa Berni lies in the upper part of Praiano with a wide open view that goes from the island of Li Galli, last home of the famous Russian ballet dancer Rudolph Nureyev to the famous Faraglioni, best renowned Capri's feature in the world, and to the spectacular Positano that will enchant you even more when the dark comes and all the lights of the village will lit. The house is surrounded by gardens where vine trees grow. The Villa Berni has a very elegant aspect, and on the inside the furnishings are of good quality. Along the typical little alley-ways of the village you can reach the food shops in ten minutes and a pleasant walk of about thirty minutes down ancient stairways and silent lanes will take you to the attractive little pebble beaches. The lovely beach of Praiano, named “La Praia” has a romantic and panoramic path carved out of the rock where you will find excellent restaurants and boats for hire. Berni is a typical coastal villa on two floors, happy and pleasant. Its floors are made of fabulous hand-painted decorated Vietri style majolica. When entering the house you have access to the living room furnished with chairs, sofa-bed and a short living room table, as well as a TV. The sofa bed in the living room could accommodate two persons at extra cost of Euro 80 per person per week. From the living room you have access to a full bath and to the kitchen furnished in complete way with new and functional equipment with oven, refrigerator, 4-burner stove, hood fan. Either from the kitchen and the living room you have access to the spectacular terraces equipped with chairs, dining table and two sun beds. You reach the lower floor through a ramp of stairs. This floor consists of another full bathroom with tub, two large double bedrooms and a terrace in front. Outside the house there is a separate laundry room with washing machine and an iron. Private parking for two cars.

Prices include bed and bath linen, final cleaning, water and electricity consumptions. Only extras are heating consumptions during cold periods.
