The entrance gate of La Rocca opens to a terrace with a lemon grove which runs along the ground floor level of mainly bedrooms. One level up is a large paved terrace, a garden of delight, adorned with classic style columns supporting thick and vibrant bougainvillea and wisteria pergola. This is the living area and looks out onto large terracotta pots brimming with mature jasmine, palms and colourful geraniums, and expansive views over Positano. # Mandatory cleaning fees: € 120.00 per week including 2 hours of maid service twice during the week, final cleaning on Saturdays and on departure; # One set of bed and bath linen per week is included in the rental cost. Additional changes can be requested and will be charged at €12.00 per change per person. Private parking available for two cars.

Internal steps to first floor: Entrance from lower terrace through external steps into living room, featuring sofas and large fire place adorned with ceramic tiles; Well equipped in built kitchen, covered with hand made reproductions of antique tiles, opening to small utility terrace facing street. Steps to mezzanine floor: Dining corner for 7, with window and door opening to the upper terrace, furnished with outdoor table and chairs, granite and wrought iron benches, sun loungers. Thirteen steps to second floor: Double bedroom with matrimonial gondola style bed and in built safe, opening to small balcony with views; Single bedroom with window sharing same view – bed is suitable for child only; three bathrooms
