It's the ideal place to stay to visit the old Roman and Greek Naples full of charming and old churches. In five minutes, by walk, you can reach the entrance to the famous Neapolitan underworld digged in the volcanic tufa. Famous typical restaurants are all over the area, and very cheap pizzerias are available in the area. The vitality of this area catchs the most vibrant artistic and intellectual neapolitan life. It holds an astounding trove of 12 th century cathedrals, ancient beautiful building all over, and world-famous museums. In every narrow alley, here, there are artisan's workshops, colourful trattorie, and many many churches hidden in the pedestrian streets.
