Pool area: The pool area is shared between the two villas and is situated 30 mtrs to the south of the villa. The pool (14 x 7 mtrs/deep; 1,20 - 1,40 mt/depth) is immersed in its own garden with views of the estate. The surround is paved in terracotta where the umbrellas, deckchairs, loungers and armchairs are situated. There are 2 dressing rooms, each with shower, wc and sink. There is full central heating. Rate includes: rent of one whole villa for one week (8 beds); linens and bath-towels (weekly change for stays longer than one week); electricity and gas; swimming-pool; satellite television. Rate does not include: heating(that costs 2,50€ each hour), telephone, daily cleaning, final cleaning.Villa Domitilla and Villa Sveva are semi-detached properties.

Closer to home, the little-known Sabina region features medieval hilltop castles, towns and villages, natural parks, medieval pilgrim routes and notable archeological sites. Each villa features a private garden with lawn and a panoramic pergola dining terrace perfect for those all-important meals outside. Large pool umbrellas, loungers, tables and chairs and mobile barbeque in each completes the outside facilities. Each villa has 4 bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms.
