The house is very well furnished with excellent quality furnishings and extremely comfortable. The living room is warm and welcoming and has comfortable sofas and armchairs. Every bedroom has its own bath. The house is equipped with high-speed telephone and Internet connection, satellite TV, CD stereo system, dishwasher, washing machine and iron/board and central heating system. It also has a covered car-parking space for 3 cars. From the terrace, which is furnished for dining outside, you can reach the seawater swimming pool, which is situated next to the sea. You follow a path (50 steps) covered by Mediterranean vegetation, where ample flat rock platforms, used for sunbathing and crystal-clear water let you enjoy nature at its best. There is also an outdoor shower and a fully equipped cabin at sea level. First floor: living-room/dining-room with fireplace and access to terrace with sea view; kitchen with access to terrace; 2 double bedrooms with bathrooms and tub; 1 twin bedroom with bathroom and tub. Ground floor: 1 twin bedroom with extra bed, bathroom and tub; 1 single bedroom with bathroom and shower. Private outdoor areas. Access to a grotta used as wine cellar. The wines are not included in the rental price. Cleaning service three hours for three times each week costs 99€.

Casa Nettuno lies on the promontory of Circeo, in the area of Quarto Caldo, Punta Rossa, about 4 km from the village of San Felice Circeo, in a very peaceful position and a fascinating landscape. The house was build in the 50ties by the famous architect Michele Busiri Vici and completely restructured in 2002. The villa is on two floors and is equipped with all modern comforts. While admiring the sea from the terrace in front of the living room you get the same sensation as you get leaning over the railings of a cruise ship, and in fact the main characteristic of this villa is its positioning right on the edge of the coast on a cliff above the sea. Casa Nettuno is surrounded by a large, well tended garden, full of flowers and Mediterranean plants, with several outdoor spaces, as well as a portico with a barbeque, framed by Hibiscus and Bougainville’s. There are tables and chairs that allow you to enjoy the pleasures of dining outside. The terrace and a huge roof terrace invite you to admire the splendid view over the sea. Less than 1 1/2 hours distant is the Fiumicino Airport, about 1 hour 15 minutes Roma, about 2 1/2 hours Napoli. The village of San Felice Circeo is, about 4 km away, has all other necessary services along with bars and restaurants, as well as general food shops.
