Santo Spirito Apartment

The apartment, very bright and spacious, measures about 60 square meters. Throughout the home, the floors are covered with cotto tiles and the walls are painted in a warm and delicate yellow okra. Modern paintings and prints of ancient Florence hang on the walls. The kitchen/living room is spacious and practical. The bathroom, with both a bathtub and shower, is painted with the ancient technique of “encausto” in a fresh orange color that matches perfectly with the dark wood furniture. The apartment contains: a master bedroom with a wrought-iron bed, a sofa bed (french size) well-equipped kitchen/living room, a sleeper sofa (for 2 person), a 90 by 90 cm expandable table and a bathroom. The apartment contains the following appliances: a 14-inch color TV, a high-fi stereo with CD player, a washing machine and everything you need for washing, drying and ironing. THE RATES INCLUDE: Weekly change of linens for the bed, bathroom and kitchen; bathroom linen (per person): 1 shower towel, 1 large towel, 1 facecloth, 1 shower mat; bedroom: bed sheets; kitchen: tablecloth or single placemats, 2 kitchen towels; extra cleaning and changing: 30€. The price includes: taxes, water, electricity, gas, heating and final cleaning. For the winter months, heating costs are extra. EXTRA: Additional services are available upon request.
