This apartment is on two levels, it has a double entrance, from the 1st and from the 2nd floor. The apartment includes a living room with sofa bed, the master bedroom in loft, both offering a view of the frescoed walls. On the second level is the dining room, a kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower and laundry area. The dining room and living room have beautiful floors in antique “cotto” style and coffered ceilings, and the bedroom has warm, hardwood floors.

Elevator, armored door, satellite TV, independent heating, communal terrace on the 2nd floor, telephone and buzzer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, gas range, fridge/freezer, crockery for the kitchen, two sets of linens for the bedrooms and towels for the bathrooms.
