Chiardiluna Apartment

This apartment is of 60 square meters, very bright, and it’s at the second and last floor of a typically building of florentine style, near the « old walls » of the city, in the San Frediano neighbourhood, 15 minutes on foot from « Ponte Vecchio » and storic centre. The apartment has ceilings with wooden beams, and brickwork and Serene Stone floors, besides it’s very comfortable and equipped to give a pleasant stay, in an elegant place, very near to the most important monuments and museums of Florence. At the entrance you can find a wide and bright living room, with a lunch table and a comfortable double bed – settee. From the living room you can come up with a practical wooden staircase to a typical wooden « soppalco » which has a large wardrobe and a french bed ; you can also come into a small terrace with a wooden pergola. The principal bed room is composed of a double bed and a big forniture with shelves for your personal effects. A small kitchen (separated from the other rooms) is composed of stoves, refrigerator, microwaves oven and it’s equipped with everything necessary to make a breakfast and a tasty dinner at the end of your day. The bath room, with a practical forniture, is simple and elegant, and it’s composed of a comfortable box – shower. The other accessories are : autonomous heating air conditioning plant warm/cold tv – cd player washing machine equipped to wash, hand out and iron. THE RATES INCLUDE: Weekly change of linens for the bed, bathroom and kitchen; bathroom linen (per person): 1 shower towel, 1 large towel, 1 facecloth, 1 shower mat; bedroom: bed sheets; kitchen: tablecloth or single placemats, 2 kitchen towels; extra cleaning and changing: 30€. The price includes: taxes, water, electricity, gas, heating and final cleaning. For the winter months, heating costs are extra. EXTRA: Additional services are available upon request.
