The Affresco consists of entrance, living-room with full size sofa bed, dining room, good sized and well equipped kitchen, small studio area. The other part of the house has a dressing room/closet, double bedroom entirely cover with frescoes and bathroom with shower, master bedroom with wall frescoes and modern bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub. AVAILABLE ONLY FOR MONTHLY RENTALS.

Independent heating, A/C, telephone, washing/Dryer machine, dishwasher, Jacuzzi bathtub, American style refrigerator, oven, gas range. Included in the weekly price: utilities, building maintenance expenses, linen and towels and final cleaning. Not included in the weekly price: telephone expenses.
