The apartment is found on the old street Borgo SS. Apostoli, twenty feet from Piazza Santa Trinità and Via de' Tornabuoni, considered one of the world’s most exclusive streets for shopping. Close by you find: Piazza della Repubblica (the ancient centre of the city), and the Ponte Vecchio with the characteristic "workshops" of the Florentine goldsmiths. Built during the 16th Century, the structure maintains the original façade’s architectural structure of bricks and arches, with an old ornamental wooden door. On the inside of the building there are some attractive antique statues and a marble large stairway, which recall the Florentine Renaissance period. The apartment is found on the first floor of the building, with elevator. A small, but well-kept entrance welcomes us into the apartment and leads us to the lounge and to the kitchen. The lounge is very well lit by a double window that looks over the Florentine rooftops. It is furnished with a comfortable sofa and two armchairs, a dining table for six people, a pleasant writing table and an antique Florentine storing desk. The kitchen is small, well organised, and well equipped, with a window and a very useful utility room. The double room (with two beds or with double bed) is quite spacious and very bright, and has a cupboard in the lobby. Next door we find a new and pleasantly furnished bathroom with window, shower, and marble basin. All the floors in the apartment are terracotta.

AMENITIES: elevator, independent heating with thermostat, T.V., intercom, washing machine, iron, hairdryer. At the clients disposal are two changes of linen for the bedroom and bathroom. In the utility room : ladder, cleaning equipment, clothes horse, and electric table fan. The kitchen is equipped with: two burners, grill oven, small refrigerator with freezer compartment, Italian coffee maker, plates and crockery for six people, pots, and all the most useful and practical utensils. -CONDITIONS: Included in the price : utilities and condo fees. Exluded from the price (to be payed on spot): final cleaning (33 € or 55 € for monthly periods).
