New apartment (April 2009) located near the most elegant street of the city centre, right in the heart of the Duomo neighbourhood, it can accommodate 4 people. The apartment is found on second floor with elevator of an elegant building. It’s really quite because it is faced on a nice internal court. As you enter you will find an open space that includes the living room with pull out sofa (160 cm), the dining area, the fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Following the corridor you will fins the spacious double bedroom with bathroom en suite with shower. Beamed ceilings and floor in “cotto fiorentino”.

Armoured door, satellite TV (no sky), independent heating, wireless internet connection (it is not a high speed internet connection), washing machine, dishwasher, oven/microwave, American fridge and freezer, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, fully-equipped kitchen, linen and towels. Included in the price: utilities and condo fees. Excluded from the price: For rentals of 2 months or longer, utilities are charged per consumption as following: heating 80,00 Euro per month, electricity 80,00 Euro per month, water 30,00 Euro per month and final cleaning is Euro 60,00.
