Elegant apartment decorated with a very old and precious frescoe and a valuable stucco on the wall. It is located on the first floor (without lift) of an ancient Palace beyond the Uffizi Gallery. The apartment is very elegantly furnished, mostly in light beige. There is a spacious living-room with fireplace, a dining-room decorated with a stucco, and a small kitchen (well-equipped and pleasant). The master bedroom, with king-size bed, has a very beautiful frescoe on the wall. Pretty arches defined with little red stones open to the comfortable balcony. The second bedroom with king-size bed (that can be separated into two single beds) has a very spacious wardrobe. The third bedroom has two single beds and a small but useful studio area. A very big bathroom with Jacuzzi bath-tub and a second bathroom with shower complete the apartment.

The apartment has independent heating, 3 TVs, washing machine, dishwasher, Jacuzzi bath-tub, fully-equipped kithchen (pots and pans and a set of dishes for 8 people). Linen and towels. Animals are not accepted. Included in the price: utilities, and linens and towel. Excluded from the price (to be payed on spot): final cleaning (€50.00 up to 3 week rentals; €70.00 monthly rental). Utilities for for rentals of over 1 month.
