Merlina Apartment

This is a very bright apartment, about 50 square meters, in the historical centre of Florence. It is composed by a comfortable living room (sofa bed available) with dining area and a well equipped kitchenette, a finely furnished double bedroom and a wide bathroom with spacious shower. The apartment was reorganized on 2006, all rooms are well furnished and provided with wide windows and typical tuscan high ceilings.

Casa Merlina is situated close to the historical city centre of Florence, in a neighborhood where Carlo Lorenzini, a.k.a Collodi, the author of “Pinocchio” was born, as well as the famous jewel maker, sculptor and writer Benvenuto Cellini. The flat is on the second floor of a building situated close to the famous “San Lorenzo” open air market –open the whole day, Tue to Sun- and the Central Market structure, where fruit, vegetables, meat, fish and typical products of tuscany can be found –Mon to Sat, mornings. -RATES INCLUDE: Weekly change of linens for the bed, bathroom and kitchen; bathroom linen (per person): 1 shower towel, 1 large towel, 1 facecloth, 1 shower mat; bedroom: bed sheets; kitchen: tablecloth or single placemats, 2 kitchen towels; extra cleaning and changing: 30€. The price includes: taxes, water, electricity, gas, heating and final cleaning. For the winter months, heating costs are extra. -Oven, microwave oven and coffee pot are available.
