The Estate is located around 1 km from the town of Figline Valdarno, where all the essential amenities (shops, banks, restaurants, post office, and hospital) can be found. From the breakfast room there is access to the loggia, ideal for al fresco lunches and dinners. On the first level there is: reading area, the blue double bedroom with en suite bathroom, with bathtub and walk-in closet; a yellow double bedroom with en suite bathroom, with bathtub; the twin bedroom with en suite bathroom, with bathtub. In the tower there is a twin bedroom overlooking the Viesca Estate with a spacious wardrobe and a bathroom with shower. All the property has terracotta tiled floors, and beamed ceilings.
