Villa Mia Apartment Del Mare

Small villa, with three independent apartments, built into the cliffs overlooking the bay of Marina Piccola, with its spectacular rock formations thrusting out of the sea. The terrace gives you the full panorama of this famous view. The duplex is part of a larger complex of large and small villas called ‘’Villa Casa Mia’’ which can be reached by car and is approximately 350 meters off the main road between Capri and Marina Piccola. Capri is within 15 min. walking distance, and the beach at Marina Piccola is a 15 minutes walk, or reachable by bus or taxi.

The three apartments have in common a large balcony of about 12 sq. meters, and a panoramic terrace about 50 sq. meters. The apartments are furnished with sheets, towels, a washing machine (in common), hot water, electric heat, dishes, pots and pans. The Apartment Del Mare, 35 sqm , main room, which can be divided with sliding screens, has a full size double sofabed , two single beds, kitchenette completely furnished, and bathroom. -ON JULY IS REQUIRED A MINIMUM STAY OF 5 DAYS. -ON AUGUST IS REQUIRED A MINIMUM STAY OF 7 DAYS. -EXTRA PRICE PERIODS: Easter, Christmas and New year's day cost 160€ per day. -For rentals over 4 days gusts will receive special discounts (not in july and august).
