Rome Sweet Home is a website that manages more than 1500 accommodations divided in Bed&Breakfast, Short term rentals of completely furnished flats , Villas and Agritourismo.

Our offers have a wide range of possibilities: we have locations mainly in the heart of Rome, Naples , Milan , Venice and Florence. Seaside apartments and villas in Capri , Amalfi , Ischia , Sorrento , Otranto and Eolie Islands (Sicily) or countryside farmhouses (Tuscany and Umbria ) . We can therefore meet with all kind of requests: luxurious and exclusive apartments and locations suitable for younger and less demanding tourists.

The prices include cleaning of the apartments, change of linen once a week, electricity, water, gas, taxes; doesn't include the heating and extra cleaning (to be paid by the client). In the apartments, there are at disposal, linen, an equipped kitchen and - depending on the chosen apartment - Tv, air conditioning, dish washer, washing machine , satellite , hi-fi , VCR , telephone.

How to use RSH :

How to search for  properties Check the box of the chosen destination and the property category. Select 'Search'. Then on the web page of your preferred property fill the form with your travel dates and number of persons in order to know the availability and total price.  

How to search for a property with availabilities and prices Check the box of the chosen destination and the property category , then fill the form with your travel dates ( if you click on the button ... a calendar will appear ) and number of persons in order to know the availability and total price.  Select 'Search'. You'll have a range of accommodation available for your travel dates .

Special Enquires button This option it works ONLY for particular enquires ( e.g. pets allowed , late check-in or late check-out ) or specific information on the property ( e.g. access to the property , view or more...) .  

Booking and Booking Request   There are two categories of properties listed - those with the Booking button and those with the Booking Request button. For the first group of properties, it is possible to check prices and availability and then send reservation with instant confirmation  In the second group , it is possible to check prices and availability and then send a booking request that has to be confirmed from Rome Sweet Home within 48 hours. 

How to make a booking Once you have opened the Web Page for the chosen property complete  the form with your travel dates and number of persons in order to know the availability and total prices then click onto 'Availability' . The system will give you with an immediate response, giving availability and total price of your stay . If you wish to proceed with the booking, click onto 'Booking' or 'Booking Request'.

You can make a booking, completing the form, including credit card details. Information is sent via Secure Server, ensuring that your personal details can only be viewed by yourself . This will arrive to Rome Sweet Home straight away . You'll receive via e-mail a reservation number as record for the future contacts.

Privacy The information requested when registering is to assist with the administration of reservation requests and is completely confidential. All information is sent via a Secure Server, providing the highest level of security available.

Security Your credit card details are necessary in order to guarantee bookings. Credit card information is sent to the property via Secure Server, ensuring these details are protected.

RSH Policy

Cancellation Policy :
The reservation can be cancelled totally or partially but the following penalties must be paid: 0% of the letting price if cancellation is made at least 75 days before the beginning of the letting period,20% of the letting price if cancellation is made at least 45 days before the beginning of the letting period,50% if cancellation is made between 45 and 15 days before the beginning of the letting period,100% if cancellation is made 15 days before letting period. In case of cancellation, the party authorizes Rome Sweet Home to charge the credit card for the possible penalties owed.
